The star guard was penalized for his actions with 6:41 left in the second quarter of Atlanta's 122-111 loss to Washington on Thursday. Young was driving left and bumped by defender Raul Neto, his momentum carrying him across the baseline after he missed the shot but didn't earn a foul call. As he ran back onto the court, Young bumped his arm into official Ben Taylor, who called him for a technical foul. Young is one of the players who was expected to lose out on some foul calls he previously received after the NBA emphasized this season cutting down on calls against defenders when the offensive player initiated the contact.

A 46-year-old bus driver who allegedly touched the breasts of his girlfriend's daughter has been released on bail for HK$1,000 on Saturday. The driver surnamed Ng was charged with two counts of indecent assault for he allegedly touched the breasts and genital of the girl and forcefully kissed her at a flat in Tsuen Wan in August 2018 and on Sunday. He needed not to enter plea yet and the case has been adjourned to November 29. He was released on bail for HK$1,000. He must not leave Hong Kong, contact witnesses summoned by the prosecution and return to the scene where the incidents took place.

Hong Kong reported three imported cases on Saturday, including two foreign domestic helpers from the Philippines and Indonesia. A 35-year-old woman from the Philippines and a 59-year-old man from Germany arrived in Hong Kong on Thursday. The woman traveled on flight 5J272 and the man on flight LH796. She arrived in Hong Kong last Saturday on flight CX798 and underwent quarantine at Penny's Bay Quarantine Centre. A total of 57 cases have been reported in the past 14 days and all of them are imported cases.

A 69-year-old driver was found unconscious in a taxi and was later certified dead in the hospital on Saturday morning. The taxi was parked on Kwong Fuk Road in Tai Po outside Wong Shiu Chi Secondary School. A citizen spotted the driver suspectedly passed out in the taxi and reported to the police at 8.36am today. They also rushed him to Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital but he was later certified dead. During investigation officers found the driver once lowered the back of his seat, believing that the driver was taking a nap at that time.

MANILA, Philippines — Over one million doses of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine donated by Japan arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) on Saturday. The 1,065,600 vaccine doses will augment the over 100 million doses already delivered to the country. More than 26.8 million Filipinos are now fully vaccinated while 31 million have already received their first dose. THE Department of Science and Technology (DoST) has charted the course of science, technology and innovation for food safety innovations through the unveiling of its roadmap for 2022 to 2028. Guevara highlighted in her message the shared responsibility framework on food safety to strengthen and continuously establish a safer food system in the country. Science and Technology Secretary Fortunato de la Peña also urged those in the S&T sector to continue pushing what works well in ensuring food safety and providing enabling resources to achieve the 2022-2028 Roadmap on Food Safety. "These initiatives exemplified our ultimate goal of harnessing science, technology, and innovation to ensure food safety for everyone. MANILA, Philippines — President Duterte signed on Thursday a law postponing the May 2022 elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) to May 2025. Several groups have pushed for the postponement of the 2022 BARMM elections to complete transitional programs and projects for the constituents hampered by the COVID-19 pandemic. The BARMM replaced the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, following the ratification of the BOL in 2019. He said the approval of the law is also a testament to government’s commitment to push for inclusive growth in the BARMM region.
